8.000 m², multi-tenant office building containing offices, event and meeting rooms as well as a representative dining area and terrace.

The mission included various objectives over the course of several years. The initial mission consisted of conformity and quality control during the construction phase, as well as assisting the client throughout the acceptance period.

The mission was subsequently extended and includes :

• Facility Manager supervision
• Preparation and execution of various local works, such as the installation of exterior signage on the main façade
• Building Owner representation
• Building Owner assistance and technical expertise throughout the process of warranty-related technical analysis of the stone façade
