Axxio also provides its expertise for problems encountered in the buildings, advises working with specific experts where appropriate, develops proposed solutions to the problem and evaluates the cost and timeframe of such a solution.

In addition, Axxio advises owners on purchasing opportunities, evaluates the building's quality, its compliance with standards and current permits and lists the essential works and/or fittings and their cost.
