The mission is to assist the Building Owner throughout the complete process of creating an extension to the existing building, which includes :

• All necessary preliminary feasibility studies (architectural and technical) ;
• Preparation and supervision of the demolition works ;
• Representing and assisting the Client with the preparation and execution of the architectural and technical project as well as all administrative procedures for the new extension, including the complete tender process concerning the project architect and the contractor ;
• Preparation and supervision of the execution works, including assistance with the acceptance period.
