General refurbishment of various parts of a 1952 residence with a surface of approximately 900 m², containing apartments, a representative reception floor with kitchen and service area.

The main goal of the mission was to prepare and execute the various renovation projects, including the necessary Building Permit, the Environmental Permit as well as the tender, supervision and acceptance of the works.

The refurbishment and renovation works are composed of various stages concerning different parts of the residence and include :

• The creation of a toilet with access for disabled visitors in the representative part of the residence ;
• Complete renovation of the residential floor (including the ambassador’s apartments) ;
• New heating installation combining a heat pump, solar panels and a new gas heater ;
• New sanitary network installation.
• New security system, including movement detection and video-camera supervision
• Asbestos removal works
