General refurbishment of a 4-storey historical Parisian house with a surface of approximately 1.100 m², containing 3 apartments, a representative reception floor with professional kitchen and service area, as well as a meeting room.The main goal of the mission was to assist and represent the Building Owner during the final phases of the construction works, as well throughout the acceptance period. The works included, but were not limited to :

• General refurbishment of 2 existing apartments and creation of a new apartment on the top level ;
• New technical installations (electricity, ventilation) ;
• Installation of an exterior glazed lift ;
• Creation of a cloakroom, toilets and a large meeting room.

Once the works have been completed, the mission was extended to provide general consultancy for all other local correction and improvement works, as well as general technical and litigation-related consultancy for the building.
